How renting works — before you ask.
What kind of lease do we sign?
For flats we use Poland's "najem okazjonalny" — the tenant signs a notarial declaration of voluntary submission to enforcement (art. 19a of the Tenant Protection Act). For commercial spaces, terms are agreed individually.
Where are the properties located?
We operate in Łódź and the surrounding area. Every listing shows its exact location (district, street) and a map — all properties are handled directly, without agents.
Do you rent commercial spaces?
Yes — offices, retail units and advertising space (billboards). Term and conditions are tailored to your business.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes — flats are handed over fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in.
What rental terms do you offer?
We focus on long-term rentals, usually from 12 months — for both flats and commercial spaces.
Do you use agents?
No — you rent directly from the owner, with no commissions or middlemen.
